Magic sticks play idea

Kids love collecting things when they’re out walking. It’s a great way to extend an activity. Adding texture or sparkle and imagination to their finds.

I love this idea from @earlyyearsoutdoor on Instagram.

It can be hard to come up with ideas to keep busy while unable to go to the playground or hang out with friends.

An idea for spending time in nature finding the right sticks… then creating fabulous wands… and then you could create spells…

Try to include some counting breath to keep calm.
