Side to side stretching
The benefits of this pose are that it tones your sides, stretches and opens the sides, rib cage, hips, lower back and lungs.
It’s a great way to get space in the upper body. And later on in pregnancy when baby is taking up lots of space and sometimes sticking a foot in your ribs… it’s a great way to dislodge it!
