I’ve created a guided meditation for pregnancy. It’s an example of the kind of pregnancy focused meditation that I use in my prenatal yoga classes.
It’s about 15 minutes long.
It will walk you through the whole meditation… from how to focus your thoughts in stillness… to starting to relax which can be hard when you’re pregnant.
Each week at the end of class we finish with Savasana where we get comfy and relax. It’s so important because it’s something that we rarely get to do but our body craves rest.
